Three levels of thermal performance on one platform, on chassis from 3.5 to 26 tonnes. Lightly insulated for short-haul, temperature-tolerant loads. ATP-approved FNA for chilled. ATP-approved FRC for frozen. The difference is insulation, and the standard defines it.

Self-supporting structure
Self-supporting GRP sandwich panels with rigid polystyrene foam at λ = 0.025 W/(m·K). Aluminium or steel subframe depending on the chassis. Polyester-glass laminate outer coating.

Access and portals
Stainless steel rear portal. 265 mm aluminium L-form kickplate. Anodised aluminium profiles throughout. Door configurations to specification.

How it's built
What you can configure
Everything that changes the quote sits in one place. On a chassis from 3.5 to 7 tonnes, you select the exact model and the configurator offers only the body dimensions that the chassis permits; above 7 tonnes, you start from the gross weight class. From there: only the assembled box body or with mounting at our workshop, insulation class, internal length, width and height, floor configuration and door arrangement, refrigeration unit matched to the class and internal volume, tail lift, LED lighting, lashing rails, thermal partitions and accessories. The specification comes back with the body weight to ±4%, so you can work payload before you quote. Configurator access comes with partnership.
Lightly insulated (LIB)
A Nordic-market favourite. Balances thermal efficiency against weight for urban food distribution and mixed chilled and ambient loads, usually paired with a refrigeration unit and a rear flap working with a hydraulic lift.
FNA - chilled
Normal insulation at K ≤ 0.70 W/m²K, +12 °C down to 0 °C. Fresh produce, dairy, meat, beverages. Refrigeration unit required. ATP-type approved.
FRC - frozen
Reinforced insulation at K ≤ 0.40 W/m²K, +12 °C down to −20 °C. Frozen food, ice cream, ready meals, pharmaceutical cold chain. Your highest-value class — give it the most detail. ATP-type approved.
