ProBox FNA Refrigerated Body on Toyota Proace Max

A mounted-version ProBox FNA body on a Toyota Proace Max 3.5 t chassis cab, delivered road-ready with a Daikin Z380 refrigeration unit, a BAR 750 kg tail lift and a right-side door.

It is our standard FNA build: self-supporting GRP sandwich panels with a rigid polystyrene foam core (λ = 0.025 W/(m·K)), Performance Plus WR laminate inside and out, a stainless-steel rear portal and an aluminium subframe. FNA bodies are ATP type-approved for chilled transport, and the type test report ships with the body.

• Internal 4,200 × 2,100 × 2,100 mm (18.52 m³); external 4,316 × 2,206 × 2,261 mm

• Panels: floor 98 mm, side walls and rear doors 53 mm, front wall and roof 63 mm

• Two-part rear doors opening to 270°; right-side door 900 × 2,000 mm with a fixed PVC curtain

• Epoxy and polyurethane floor coating, 260 mm kickplates, Load Lock rails on both walls

• Front wall and ceiling prepared for the Daikin Z380 (hot-gas defrost, 230 V standby)

• BAR Cargolift BC 750S2S(L), 750 kg, aluminium platform

• Cab roof spoiler with unit cutout, cab side spoilers, side underrun protection

Supplying chilled vans on Toyota Proace Max or another 3.5 t chassis? The same body is available assembled, for mounting in your own workshop, or mounted by us.
